"After doing business with another State Farm office for over 20 years, I switched to this office. I wish I had known about them 20 years ago. The former office I worked with did not proactively reach out to me. I never heard from them. After being frustrated with my former agent, I discovered the Fawaz Ghannam office.
They were very proactive and provided me educational information that I was not aware of. Their staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Particularly Jannelle Bodanski! She is very thorough, helpful, pleasant and provided important information to help guide my decision. She treated me like a human and not like just another caller.
As a result, I switched my policy to this office. I am very happy with their service. And how they recommended options to help save on my policy.

"People! you will be between good hands, Tom, Fawaz and their crew are the team to beat, extremely knowledgeable and will put customer interests first, give them a chance to make you an offer on your auto or home insurance and you will not regret it. My previous insurer (Geico) kept raising my premiums on me every 6 months for no good or apparent reason, just kept hearing the same broken justification tape over and over, but in 2023 I had to change something, and I'm so glad I did when I reached out to Tom / Fawaz for a quote ... simply outstanding and highly recommended !"

"Tom is a nice guy and so are the ladies who work here but State Farm as a company is garbage they will do everything to avoid paying your claim and drag out the process as long as possible. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else
Edit went to NJM and saved over 2000 on my premium. State Farm will do anything and everything to not pay a claim"
